1. Nature of Services

Our services include Website Design and Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Landing Page Marketing, Google Business Profile Optimization, and Google Ads Management. These services are customized and require planning, research, and execution. Because they involve time, expertise, and labor, work generally begins shortly after payment is received. By purchasing any service, the client acknowledges that the process begins quickly once payment is completed.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Results

SEO and digital marketing involve long term strategies that depend on many external variables. These factors may include industry competition, changes to search engine algorithms, and the current condition of the client’s website. Although we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as first page rankings, exact traffic increases, or revenue targets.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered under limited conditions. These situations include:

• A duplicate payment made by mistake
• No work has started within five business days after payment and the client submits a written cancellation request
• A service was purchased or invoiced accidentally due to a technical or administrative issue

Refunds will not be granted if:

• Work has already started or deliverables have been partially or fully provided
• The client fails to provide required information, account access, or communication
• The client misunderstands the project scope, timeline, or expected outcomes
• Dissatisfaction arises from expectations that were not part of the agreed deliverables

4. Service Start Timeline

In most cases, work begins within 24 hours after payment is received and required access is provided. By completing payment, the client accepts this standard start timeline.

5. Monthly Services and Cancellation

Website development services may be billed either as a one time project or through a monthly fee structure. SEO services operate on a recurring monthly basis.

If a client wishes to cancel recurring SEO services, the request must be submitted in writing by email to info@digitalagilesolution.com before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation requests that are not sent through email may not be processed, and billing may continue.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure services are delivered efficiently, clients must provide the necessary account access and information. Requirements include:

• Website SEO: Administrator or Editor level access to the website
• Google Business Profile Optimization: Manager level access to the profile
• Google Ads Management: Standard level access to the advertising account
• Landing Page Marketing: Accurate business information and campaign goals

Delays caused by missing access or incomplete details from the client do not qualify for refunds.

7. Documentation and Proof of Work

We maintain clear records of all work completed. These records include time stamped documentation of activities such as:

• Keyword research and targeting strategies
• Technical SEO audits and website improvements
• Backlink development efforts
• Google Ads campaign monitoring and optimization
• Monthly SEO progress reports delivered through video explanations

These records can be shared upon request and may be used as supporting evidence if a payment dispute or chargeback occurs.

8. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, clients must first contact us directly at info@digitalagilesolution.com. Our team is committed to resolving any concerns fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may lead to project termination and cancellation of any remaining services.

9. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing any service from Digital Agile Solution, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. This policy is designed to maintain clear expectations and protect both parties from misunderstandings.
